Agreement
By engaging Forgepath Trades for web design or SEO services, you agree to the terms set out below. These terms apply to all projects unless a separate written agreement is in place.
Services
We provide web design, local SEO, Google Business Profile optimisation, website maintenance, and related digital services for trade businesses. The specific deliverables, timeline, and price for each project are confirmed in writing before work begins.
Pricing and payment
All prices are fixed and agreed in advance. We require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due on completion unless otherwise agreed. All prices are in GBP and exclude VAT where applicable.
Ownership
Upon receipt of final payment, you own the website and all content created for your project outright. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and any content required for your project. Delays caused by late provision of materials may affect the agreed timeline.
Results
We apply best practice to all SEO and web design work, but we cannot guarantee specific ranking positions or enquiry volumes. Search engines operate independently and results vary by market, competition, and timing.
Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the project fee paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our services.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
